1. General Refund Policy
All funds invested on our platform are used immediately to purchase hash power and allocate mining resources. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once a transaction is completed. Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:
- Duplicate Transactions: If an investor is accidentally charged twice for the same deposit, a refund will be processed after verification.
- Failed Transactions: If funds were deducted but not credited due to a technical error, a refund may be issued.
- System Errors: If a system malfunction causes incorrect charges or misallocation of funds.
Requests for refunds outside these conditions will not be accepted, as investments are final once executed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances:
- Change of Mind: Once confirmed, investments cannot be reversed.
- Mining Earnings Variations: Mining returns fluctuate due to market conditions, network difficulty, and fees; refunds are not issued due to lower-than-expected earnings.
- Active or Completed Contracts: Refunds are not available once mining contracts have commenced.
- Account Violations: No refunds will be given if an investor breaches our Terms of Service, including fraudulent behavior or abuse of multiple accounts.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team at support@bminingcompany.com within 7 days of your transaction. Include the following information in your request:
- Transaction ID
- Date and time of the transaction
- Reason for your refund request
- Supporting documents (e.g., receipts, screenshots, bank statements)
Our team will review your request within 5-10 business days and notify you of the decision. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before initiating any chargebacks with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and restriction from future investments.
6. Policy Changes
B-Mining reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
