Mining contracts with a stated expiration date will end on the date of expiration and the Services will be stopped. Pre-order Mining Contracts that are not activated immediately on purchase will activate on the stated date. The Mining process continues until contract expire.
You can create a withdrawal per currency every 24 hours. In order to do so, you will need
to follow these steps:
1. Go to your User Panel and select "Dashboard";
2. Find and click the "Withdraw" button;
3. Choose the amount to be transferred and click "Withdraw";
4. Go to your email inbox (the one connected to your Hashshiny account) and click on a
link in the withdrawal confirmation email.
Withdrawal is processed soon after confirmation and the coins usually arrive within
under hours. If the funds are still not in your wallet after 24 hours, please submit a
support request.
To ensure customer's account and balance security the system may automatically apply a
hold, disallowing any withdrawals for the time the hold is active (14 days). There are
multiple reasons for a hold to be applied:
1. Change of a wallet address.
2. Change of email address.
Mining is a dynamic process and many factors contribute to the complexity of mining.
Mining revenue is negatively related to mining difficulty. Mining difficulty is
positively correlated with the Cryptocurrency price. Maintenance fee(Electricity cost)
is negatively correlated with the price of Cryptocurrency.
Maintenance fee is deducted from the customer's balance at the beginning the contract before daily payouts. Maintenance fee is negatively correlated with the price of Cryptocurrency. Please note that the maintenance fee is fixed in USD and deducted from the start of a contract before the daily mining rewards.

You will receive a password reset email within 5 minutes, but please remember to check
your spam folders if you’re not seeing it in a timely manner.
Your password is MD5 encrypted and stored in the database. Meaning we (as admin) don't
know what your password is!
The system firewall will temporarily block you from logging in for 15 minutes if you
have entered the wrong username or password too many times
The last Bitcoin is estimated to be mined in 2140, when the block reward would drop below 1 satoshi (the smallest denomination of BTC). Of course, this would require Bitcoin miners to be around 120 years from now, which is far from a certainty.
